reach out to us with your full name, email address, and passport details, and our team will process your
request promptly.
Will I need travel insurance?
Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all attendees. This ensures you are fully protected
in the event of unexpected medical emergencies, travel delays, or trip cancellations during your visit to
Sri Lanka.
Where is this taking place?
The conference will be held at the beautiful Berjaya Hotel in Mount Lavinia.
Will accommodation be provided?
We do not provide accommodation directly. However, if you need help finding a place that suits your
budget, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Will food be provided?
Yes! We will provide snacks and a delicious lunch during conference hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Please
note that breakfast and dinner are not included.
